Kelvin and Celsius use the same degree size and differ only in where zero sits. Kelvin starts at absolute zero, 273.15 degrees below the Celsius freezing point, so converting is a single subtraction.
A dataset lists a boiling point of 373.15 K. Subtract 273.15: 373.15 − 273.15 = 100°C, the boiling point of water at sea level.
