Your mass, the amount of matter in your body, never changes. Your weight is the force of gravity pulling on that mass, and every planet or moon has a different surface gravity. So to find your weight elsewhere, you just scale your Earth weight by that world's gravity compared to Earth's.
A person who weighs 150 lb on Earth would weigh 150 × 0.377 = 56.6 lb on Mars, but 150 × 2.36 = 354 lb on Jupiter. Same body, very different scales.
